This post is about being a stand up person..

Customer has a Rheem NOT CHEAP …gave her a hefty number she accepted ..

the next day I purchased a motor then called our local supplier to check for warranty on equipment( i was suppose to do that before I got motor 🤦🏿‍♂️😅)

Instead of charging the amount I did and getting over for a couple dollars.

I did the complete opposite…

To sum it I have a customer for life…. That beats any amount of money that could of been “finessed”

WE’RE HONORABLE AND BEYOND REPROACH IN THIS INDUSTRY …even on the mess ups it get taking care.
