🚧 Bathroom Remodel Underway! 🔨

This one is getting a complete transformation from the ground up!
We started by fully demoing the existing bathroom, including removing the old wall coverings, ceiling, flooring, and subfloor to expose the existing framing and prepare the space for its new layout.

As part of the renovation, we also:
🔨 Removed an existing wall to expand the bathroom into the adjoining space
🪚 Installed a new 8-foot header to create the larger opening
📐 Lowered the floor in the added section approximately 7¼ inches from its original height to bring the new bathroom area together
🚿 Reframed the new shower area and added a built-in shower niche
🛠️ Made the necessary framing modifications to prepare for the new bathroom layout
🏗️ Began preparing the entire space for the next stages of the remodel

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but the demolition and structural work have completely opened this space up. Over the next few weeks, we'll be turning it into a brand-new, fully remodeled bathroom.

This project was a great example of stepping in to complete the finishing work after another trade.

A plumbing company had already replaced the shower pan, and we were brought in to finish the restoration.

Our scope of work included:
✔️ Waterproofing the shower pan and walls
✔️ Installing new tile to match the existing shower as closely as possible
✔️ Grouting with matching grout for a seamless finish
✔️ Reinstalling the shower door
✔️ Removing all of the old grout from the bathroom floor
✔️ Regrouting the entire floor to give it a fresh, clean appearance

The end result is a bathroom that looks refreshed, watertight, and ready for years of use.

Another successful project in the books! 💪

We started this job by excavating the area and preparing a solid base before forming and pouring a brand-new driveway extension along with a concrete slab for the shed addition.

For the shed expansion, everything was built using up-to-code materials to ensure long-term durability and quality. The structure includes a standard access door, an 8ft roll-up garage door for easy entry, and a rear window for natural light. We finished it off with a clean, durable metal roof.

To keep everything looking seamless, we matched the siding to the existing garage and sourced the exact metal trim to properly wrap the fascia boards, giving it a clean, finished look that ties everything together perfectly.

Another project done right from the ground up 🔨

For this job, we began by excavating nearly 2 feet down to reach stable ground suitable for a proper footing. Once prepped, we installed approximately 7 tons of #57 stone, layered and compacted with sand to create a solid, well-draining base.

From there, we poured and finished new concrete to expand the driveway and added a 15x15 slab for a shed extension tied into the existing garage.

From damage to a complete transformation 💪

This project involved a full exterior rebuild on both the 1st and 2nd floors. We removed all rotten plywood, compromised studs, and existing windows to address the underlying structural issues. Damaged sill plates were repaired and reinforced, followed by installation of all new, properly treated framing.

Once the structure was restored, we reset the windows, fully weatherproofed the exterior, and installed Tyvek for proper moisture protection. The home was then wrapped with cement board and finished with a beautiful new stone façade for a clean, durable, and long-lasting result.
