As summer winds down, we are happy to see this building get closed up, just in time for the colder months. Work continues in Bethel on this 38 multi unit condo building.

Sometimes you don't notice all the progress that gets made. It's been a very busy month for Avenergy Electric! Another milestone, as we get permanent power across Turner Street at 246 East Promenade Condos. Collaboration and careful scheduling get the duct bank into the trench in less then half a day from the time the trench was dug until the crete got poured! Great work by the crew!

We put the final touches on this 39 unit multi building multi unit project in Augusta. This was a complete design of the electrical by Avenergy Electric. From service sizing, to code approval and permitting, to the fixture selections with the owner. These units are selling fast and are perfect for the local commuter, the per diem teacher, nurse or doctor, and the college kid going to class in the area. If your interested in 1 reach out to Lacroix Properties Management for more details.

If anybody is unsure what to do or where to start to get your electrical design started and off and running let us know! We have experience in every aspect of commercial design processes all the way through to the final device installed.
