You may have noticed little spots all over your lawn lately after all the rain. It is a fungus called Dollar Spot. Nothing to panic about. It develops when theres an excess of moisture in the grass for extended periods of time but once we have drier weather it will recover. The best solution is proper fertilization and patience. If you’re a customer of ours we have you covered on the right fertilizer amounts!

Even in the drought we’ve had this spring our lawns (especially ones with irrigation) are the greenest on the street! Grateful for all our customers who trust us to keep their lawns free of w**ds and looking it’s best!

One of the most overlooked aspects of a better looking lawn is mowing frequently. Sod farms and golf courses are mowing just about every day during peak season.

Homeowners may not be able to keep up with that but going from mowing bi weekly to weekly will still have a big positive effect.
