Another step closer to the finish line! 🔨

Railings and siding are officially complete, and this covered deck is really coming together. Between the composite decking, crisp white railings with black balusters, natural wood ceiling, and freshly finished siding, every detail is tying together nicely.

Next up: the final electrical touches and screens to turn this into a comfortable, finished outdoor living space ready to enjoy!

Another basement transformation is officially underway! 🔨

We’ve completed the rough framing and you can already see this unfinished space starting to take shape.

This basement will feature a new full bathroom, dedicated finished office, spacious entertainment area, and a custom wet bar—turning what was once unused basement space into an entirely new level of comfortable, functional living space.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but the layout is set and the vision is coming together. Stay tuned as we take this project from bare concrete and framing to a completely finished basement!

We’re taking this unfinished space and turning it into a whole new level of usable living space — complete with an entertainment area, full bathroom, and private office.

What was once unused square footage will soon be a comfortable, functional extension of the home built around exactly what our clients need.

And we’re into the final touches! 🎨 Painting and staining are underway in these beautiful new bedrooms we added. Carpet is up next, and then it’ll be time for some furniture and the finishing touches!
