East Wenatchee project complete. 👌

This custom curved concrete surround was built to follow the shape of the pool, with a drainage valley installed where the new concrete meets the existing surface to help direct water away and keep the area functional.

This Manson project received a full 2-day floor system from start to finish. We ground the concrete to the proper surface profile, repaired cracks and imperfections, applied a pigmented moisture-vapor barrier, added Orbit flake, and finished it with a polyaspartic top coat that helps protect against UV exposure and yellowing.

Kirkland, WA driveway project from demo to finished concrete. 🏠

This project included a new staircase and a full broom-finish concrete driveway built for everyday use and long-term performance. The driveway was poured 5 inches thick with 1/2-inch rebar spaced 2 feet on center. Saw-cut control joints were placed less than 10 feet apart and cut approximately 3/4 to 1 inch deep to help manage cracking over time.
