We’re wrapping up the HVAC installation at the Colliton House this week. While shiny ductwork doesn't usually make it onto a "dream home" Pinterest board, your utility bill and your comfort level will definitely notice the difference once you move in.

We’ve installed supply and return vents in every single room. Why? Because nobody wants a house that feels like the Sahara in the living room and the Arctic in the master suite. With our dual stat system, we’re ensuring consistent temperatures between floors: no more "heavy lifting" for your AC during those Spokane summer heatwaves.
