Can you spot it? 👀

Sometimes the biggest findings aren’t obvious at first glance.

This pool had a liner patch that blended in so well it could easily be overlooked during a standard walkthrough. A closer inspection revealed a repair area above the waterline in the deep end.

Not every issue means a deal breaker — but knowing what you’re buying matters.

That’s why a specialized pool inspection can help uncover hidden concerns before closing day. 🏊‍♂️

Would you have spotted it?

Think your pool is leaking? 💧

Our leak investigation process starts with professional water loss testing to determine whether water loss is caused by normal evaporation or a potential leak. This helps eliminate unnecessary repairs and gives homeowners clear, data-driven results before moving into dye testing or pressure testing if needed.

This test result was consistent with normal evaporation conditions. Accurate testing matters.

Small component. Big job. 👀

Skimmer baskets may seem simple, but they play an important role in protecting your pool equipment. By catching debris before it reaches the pump, they help support proper circulation and can reduce unnecessary strain on the system.

During a pool inspection, even the smaller components matter. A missing, damaged, or overloaded skimmer basket can sometimes lead to bigger issues down the road.

Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference in a pool system.

Think your pool is leaking?

Here’s the truth—most water loss I check isn’t actually a leak.

This pool tested out as normal evaporation — no leak detected.

The difference is knowing how to test it the right way.

Pool Inspection Insight 💧

One thing I always check during an inspection is the autofill system.

If it’s constantly turning on and off, that’s called short cycling and it’s usually a sign something isn’t right.

This can indicate:
• Internal valve wear
• Debris in the autofill
• Pressure or water level imbalance

It may seem minor, but issues like this can lead to wasted water, higher bills, or point to bigger underlying problems.

That’s why a detailed pool inspection matters.

Most people would look right past this.

When I see dye get pulled like this around a return fitting, it usually means there’s a leak path starting to form.

This is one of the more common spots I find issues during an inspection.

It’s also where a leak investigation can go a little deeper—and if needed, pressure testing helps confirm whether it’s in the plumbing or not.

Green water doesn’t happen overnight.

This is what happens when circulation, filtration, or chemistry gets out of balance—and algae takes over.

It’s not uncommon, but it does take the right process to bring it back.

Clear water starts with understanding the problem.

Liner slightly out of track observed.

This is a fairly common condition with vinyl liner pools and is often correctable with minor adjustment.

If left unaddressed, it can lead to additional movement or wrinkling over time, so it’s something to keep an eye on.

Overall, a manageable item — just part of understanding the pool’s current condition.

Pool Inspection Insight 🔍

This one had a circulation issue at the equipment.

Water should be moving through here pretty freely… but as you can see, it’s not.

When flow is restricted like this, it’s usually something like:
• A blockage
• Equipment starting to fail
• Or a dirty filter

Nothing crazy at first—but if it’s left alone, it can turn into bigger problems.

This is the kind of thing that’s easy to miss if you’re not really looking for it.
