Imagine this….

It’s the day before 4th of July weekend, and you have 14 friends and family members staying at your place for the weekend. Everything’s going good…until it isn’t.

Everything in the house quits flushing and draining. The effluent pump in the septic tank has bit the dust. What do you do? You call someone reliable!

We located their liquid tank because the installers had put the riser….underground. Not accessible for emergencies like this.

We care about our customers so much that we were out digging with a shovel at 10:30 pm. Once retrieving the pump, we located the nearest matching pump in Knoxville. We drove to get the pump the next morning and install it.

We were able to get the house back up and running, neaten up the electrical that was there, and put an extension on the riser so that it was at ground level.

Make sure you call someone who is going to take care of your problems and think about your future! We care about our customers, and getting their problems fixed as soon as possible!

Happy 4th of July! Let freedom ring🇺🇸

Had a customer who needed a new waterline, and we gave them a few options. They wanted to sleeve their entire waterline from the meter to the house, so we did it.

Of course the rain came pouring in the middle of the job yesterday, but after the miserable heat this week I can say it didn’t bother us.

We’ve not been posting, which means we’ve been busy.

It’s not often that I’ll ask others for help, but when I do this man right here is one of the few that I call. Brandon Gray with Grays Plumbing LLC is as good of a man as you’ll find.

I had a customer with a water leak that was enough to more than triple their water bill, but not enough to easily locate it. With that being said, Brandon lended a helping hand on a Friday evening to get the leak located.

Within a month that’s 2 jobs that you’ve seen competitors working together to get people’s needs taken care of. Thankful for good friends, and high dollar equipment!
