From a 10x10 concrete pad to a usable beautiful back patio area.
Amazing customers as always and thank you both for letting us make your outdoor experience a much better place.
A big thanks to all the men but a huge shout out to Dylan Flannigan who took the lead on this project and it turned out exactly as they wanted.

Finished up this one of a kind in the area pool, close cut huge granite slabs from Connecticut to finally give the homeowners the pool of their dreams.
My guys killed it thank you to each and everyone of them
Unfortunately a lot of things had to happen first, one of the many nightmare pool installation stories becoming all to common in the south east.
Had to have a gunnite pool shot inside the original pool due to cracks in the pool and the exterior walls. Then had to remove 30 plus tons of gravel behind the main wall above grade retaining wall due to the wall pulling away from the house, had to have an engineer come in due to the interior wall issue due to all wall codes being non existent in the original installation and pouring a huge sub grade footer and and installing a cmu core filled wall tying it back into the house and shoring up against future issues.
But again turned out amazing waiting on landscaping then final pics

Still some more to do, Landscaping, turf and putting area but turned out so great sharing early photos.
This huge gunnite pool, boulder walls and steps, hot tub, fire pit with beautiful silver travertine installed is going to be just amazing.
Beautiful project coming together with Matt McNabb -M&M Construction and some great customers.
