To create this seamless design, our team utilized our part generation process.

Part generation takes one continuous design and breaks it into individual panels, each with its own geometry, name, and location in your facade. On this BranchClad® storefront at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio, we designed and printed almost 300 panels, no two of them the same.

Panelizing also ensures that every panel stays lightweight, adding to the ease of installation with BranchClad®. Once installed, the panels are finished monolithically, allowing the individual parts to create one seamless facade.

Around one year ago, our BranchClad® facade was finished up for Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union Dalton as their doors were opening!

Located in Dalton, GA, this project features a striking 3D-printed facade with a wave-like design inspired by the TVFCU logo. As our second collaboration with the TVFCU team, it was a pleasure to bring their exterior vision to life, creating a unique, elevated aesthetic that invites customers into the space. This open lattice material can take on virtually any shape or form.
