The Downtown Chattanooga Alliance is Chattanooga's Business Improvement District, dedicated to keeping Downtown clean, safe, and inviting for all who live, work, and visit there. Their ambassador team works seven days a week to ensure Downtown remains welcoming and visitor-ready, while also assisting residents, employees, shoppers, tourists, and business owners throughout the district.
As their website proudly states:

The Alliance's mission focuses on beautification, cleanliness, and safety through services such as maintaining streetscapes, planting seasonal flowers, assisting visitors, managing ambassador programs, and collaborating with community partners to support the health and vitality of Downtown Chattanooga.
