Working with this truly amazing team FTC Development LLC River Street Architecture + Interiors SVN | Second Story and others has been an incredible experience and one for which we will always be thankful. How cool is this? We are finally getting in the last few radius metal panels to complete the skin at the new in Chattanooga’s Southside. The lines and texture on the exterior facade of this building are mind blowingly cool! Expertly designed by this luxury condo building is timeless. Modus is proud to play a small role in bringing this amazing facility to Chattanooga! Located at the old Wheland Foundry site, the new site entrance to the stadium site runs thru the old Valve & Hydrant building where most of Chattanooga’s fire hydrants were made!
