DLB Excavation & Landscape LLC is looking for an experienced, motivated Team Lead to join our growing team. This is a leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and can manage crews and job sites efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 years of excavation and/or landscape industry experience
✅ Previous management or crew leadership experience
✅ Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✅ Experience safely pulling equipment trailers
✅ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
✅ Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
✅ Reliable, dependable, and safety-minded

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience operating excavators, skid steers, and other heavy equipment
• Ability to read plans and oversee daily job site operations
• Experience communicating with customers and documenting project progress
