It started as an empty lot.

Soon, it'll be neighbors waving from their driveways. Kids learning to ride bikes. Holiday decorations in December. Moving trucks on closing day. Weeknight dinners around the table. Everyday life.

That's one of our favorite parts of what we do. Every project begins with dirt, concrete, lumber, and a set of plans. In the end, it becomes the place where life happens.

We're proud to watch this community on Congress Parkway in Athens continue to take shape, one home at a time.
