Thank you to every artist, maker, vendor, and neighbor who brought something to Mill Town & thank you Next Title & Escrow for sponsoring the Art Fest! From the artwork throughout the mill to the food, drinks, paint & sip, and conversations happening all evening, it was a good reminder of what happens when a space is filled with people and creativity.

Mill Town has always been about more than building a neighborhood. It’s about creating a place where people, ideas, and creativity have room to grow.

As a family-owned, Chattanooga-based company, we’re proud to create a place where our community can come together, connect, and celebrate local creativity.

Join us for Mill Town Art Fest on Wednesday, September 30 from 4–8 PM for an evening of art, food, drinks, and creativity.
