Michael Roy did a great job evaluating the mold issues I was having in my ductwork. He took the time to thoroughly explain the root cause of the problem and recommended the proper solutions, including encapsulation, a dehumidifier, and ductwork replacement to help prevent the mold from returning.

The installers, Arthur, Peyton, and Tyler, did an outstanding job installing my new ductwork. They were professional, attentive to detail, and treated my home as if it were their own. They also went above and beyond to make sure we were able to stay cool during the installation while our system was down, which I greatly appreciated.

From the initial evaluation through the completed installation, I was extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism I received.

If I could give Patriot Services 10 stars, I would! I highly recommend Patriot Services for all of your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Our AC went out in August. We called Patriot first. They were out here the same day. It was determined that we needed a new AC and air handler. Since this is such an expensive project, we decided to get a few estimates. We got 2 more estimates. All the estimates were in the same ballpark, but not all the estimates had what Patriot was offering. By far the Patriot offer was the best one. That decision made, we called our salesman Mike at Patriot and the next day they were here to install our new equipment. Mike went the extra mile to make sure we had Air Conditioning as quickly as possible. Mike explains everything and is very knowledgeable, so he was able to address all of our questions. Working with Mike was a fantastic experience.

We did not realize what a huge project this would be. We thought just take out the old, put in the new and it would be done. We were so wrong. Arthur, Payten and Tyler were our install team. The attention and care they put into carefully removing the old equipment and installing the new was amazing. They paid attention to every detail, and the finished product not only performs well, but looks great too. In 100-degree weather they installed equipment, tested everything, and cleaned up the areas they were working in. The team works so well together and each of them was able to answer any questions we had.

We highly recommend Patriot services, Mike, Arthur, Peyton and Tyler to anyone who is looking for high caliber products and workmanship.

Maintaining efficient plumbing and HVAC systems prevents costly emergency repairs and keeps your home running smoothly. Here are essential DIY maintenance tips broken down by system.

HVAC Efficiency Tips

Change Air Filters Regularly: Replace 1-inch filters every 30 to 90 days. Clogged filters restrict airflow, forcing your HVAC system to work harder and consume significantly more energy.

Keep Outdoor Units Clear: Clear away leaves, debris, grass clippings, and vegetation around your exterior A/C or heat pump unit, maintaining at least 2 feet of clearance on all sides.

Inspect and Clean Vents: Ensure supply and return air vents inside your home are unblocked by furniture, drapes, or rugs, and dust off grill covers regularly.

Check the Condensate Drain Line: Pour a cup of distilled white vinegar down your HVAC condensate drain line every few months to prevent algae buildup and drain line clogs.

Adjust Thermostat Schedules: Use a programmable or smart thermostat to automatically drop heating or cooling when you are away from home or sleeping.

Plumbing Maintenance Tips

- We were having issues with our ac unit leaking. They sent Chris to us and within a minutes he figured out the issue then he had to figure the best fix. It was great. Chris was so nice and explained everything to us. Gave us suggestions on what we can do to improve the sump pump. We are members of their club and it helps with the bill and you get priority service which was great for us to get service to stop the leak. Highly recommended that service. Patriot is a great company for ac/heating and plumbing.

- Can say enough good things about Anthony!! He saved us in this heat wave!! My husband called Patriot due to their 4.8 rating and the service was excellent. Initial call gave us apt time frame then next call gave us a 30 minute arrival window and Anthony rolled in right on time, assessed/diagnosed our ac unit and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes!! AMAZING! Thanks so much for helping us. 10/10 recommend!!
