We partnered with Blackwell Innovations to create this GORGEOUS new basement living space! 😍

Before, the walls were covered in dated paneling, and the HVAC ductwork running the length of the ceiling was a major eyesore. Blackwell Innovations came in, removed the paneling, installed proper sheetrock walls, and reconfigured the ductwork to look and perform more efficiently. They also added custom cabinetry and laid brand new flooring. Then we stepped in to prime and paint everything from top to bottom and finished it off by limewashing the fireplace for a more elegant, cohesive look.

What a transformation! The before and after photos really speak for themselves. Best of all, the homeowner is in love with the final result and can finally enjoy her entire home, not just the upstairs! ✅️
