A loud HVAC unit can be more than just an annoyance. In this Chattanooga home, we traced the noise back to a filter that didn’t fit the return grill quite right.
An undersized filter was causing extra suction and that constant humming sound. We swapped in the proper 14x25 filter on the same day, making sure the system could breathe right again.
Sometimes, the smallest details—like filter size—keep things running quietly and smoothly. Always check those filter dimensions before swapping them out!
