πŸƒ Don't let a few leaves turn into a major roof problem.

Sticks, leaves, and other debris that collect in your roof valleys trap moisture where it doesn't belong. Over time, that trapped moisture can damage your roof decking, shorten the life of your shingles, and lead to costly leaks. The same debris can also clog your gutters, causing water to back up onto your roof and around your home.

At Roof Nurse, we believe prevention is the best medicine.

Our Roof Nurse CPR process helps keep your roof healthy:

🩺 Clinical Evaluation – We perform a thorough inspection to identify concerns before they become expensive repairs.

πŸ“‹ Performance Report – You'll receive a clear assessment of your roof's condition, complete with photos and recommendations.

🏠 Repair or Replacement – If treatment is needed, we'll explain your options honestly and help restore your roof's health.

Our goal is to help every homeowner earn a Clean Bill of Health for their roof and protect one of their home's biggest investments.

πŸ“ž If you've noticed debris collecting in your roof valleys or gutters, now is the perfect time to schedule your Roof Nurse CPR evaluation.

Today, the Roof Nurse team went out to perform our Roof Nurse CPR protocol on this roof. The customer called about a roof replacement, noting they currently have an active leak. During the Clinical Evaluation, we found the leak is from this dry-rotted pipe boot. We will offer to tarp the area to prevent further damage during any upcoming weather while we prepare our Performance Report. We will recommend a full roof replacement for these 20-year-old shingles to give this roof a Clean bill of health.
