No one loves to play in the dirt and design more. Incorrect drainage! I specialize in drainage, encapsulation & water proofing. Cheap work and cutting corners will cost you in the long run. Water will damage your investment. Applying stucco is not a water proofing membrane. Placing a pipe in the ground is not a French drain. Many new home owners are focused on all the bells and whistles on the interior but have no idea they are being screwed until it’s to late. The most important key to your home is your foundation & drainage. If water is under your home you have problems and don’t let anyone tell you it’s not an issue. Stop allowing builders and flippers to cut corners. Proper drainage is fundamental & functional. I guarantee our drainage systems. You must stop water from breaching your home. You must have a drainage system in place underneath your home including a dehumidifier system and encapsulation. Our pipes never touch the ground. We use a 20/40 mil barrier on the exterior Including a rubber membrane on your exterior block. I have professional solutions that mitigate & prevent water issues. We absolutely love what we do and we take our time to do the job right. This drainage will have to be corrected
