On Monday, we decided to get all of our guys together from Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga to our home shop and have a safety day. This industry keeps us going non stop day in and day out, but from time to time it’s nice to hit the pause button and spend some time fellowshipping with our coworkers. The day was filled with guest speakers, team building exercises, and of course….BBQ. Thank you to Matt Sirmans and Rob Bittel for speaking to our guys on how the importance of doing all the small things right each day counts. We are thankful for the continuous growth at Tri State and can’t wait to get everyone together again!
