James Talton learned nearly 40 years ago while working two jobs and eventually dropping out of college that he was built different.
Most of his friends stayed in college and have went on to do well. But GOD had a different path for him. He had to grind differently. In that nearly 40 year span of grinding, he worked over 20+ jobs (often working 2-3 jobs at a time during his life plus volunteering) before “GOD Blessed” him to settle into his career and get his paperwork in order to truly start his career in Building Development. He went back to college and earned degrees (but he also went to trade school and did special training to pickup certifications for everything he does, even Ministry). Notice, he has “PAPERWORK” for everything we do.
That’s when he began to notice challenges others were facing in the industry and began to seek guidance on the best way to impact growth and change in our industry.
What he’s noticed over the years…
“The failure for a lot of people today is not having their paperwork in order. And that’s what’s holding them back from accomplishing their dreams.”
And that’s why we’re striving to help people by holding them accountable to get their paperwork in order.
