Please switch you heat pump to emergency heat, the ice and freezing rain can cause your system to ice over and damage the unit. Temps this low will cause the emergency heat to run a lot anyway and it'll save you a lot of issues over the next few days. Feel free to call and I'll help in anyway i can

My dad grew up right down the street from the twin towers and I heard about them in every movie they was in. I went there to visit during a basketball tourney there several years ago and while it's amazing how it looks today, it's incredibly sad at the same time, always remembering 9/11!
