We’re Hiring — Join the Team at Pav Construction LLC
We’re looking to add a reliable and hardworking team member to support our growing portfolio of residential projects.
Position Responsibilities:
• Picking up and delivering materials to job sites
•Delivering and picking up dump trailers to multiple job sites
• Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Assisting with daily site logistics and coordination
• Supporting our field teams to ensure projects run efficiently
•Assisting with setting up and maintaining job site security systems
Requirements:
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
• Eligible to work in the United States and in Massachusetts
• Ability to operate a pickup truck with a trailer safely
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
•Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently with office staff, project managers,subcontractors , site supervisors and vendors
• Ability to represent our company professionally on and off site
•Candidates with construction background and familiarity with all lumber and building materials are preferred

This is a full-time, year-round W-2 position
Compensation is very competitive and based on experience.
