Seaside 1 tee takes on a whole new look ➡️

Cleared out a ton of foliage behind the original tee to expand the tee box
Added the signature bulkhead

Also added in a small practice putting green

Expanded the tee backwards for extra tee space
Clearing out the brush gives a cleaner look
