Just wanted to let all of our folks know that Sept is approaching very quickly. That is our cut off date for past due invoices. All past due will be turned over to the attorney to be handled. As it says on the invoices you will be responsible for all court costs, and attorney fees.
Normally by the time they are done it costs the client about 1500.00 in fees.
I have received a little bit of anger from people about the interest being charged on their statements. The thing no one seems to realize is that the money we used to purchase the things for our clients, we didn't have. We went to the bank and borrowed it.
The bank lends us the money at a bargain price of between 9 to 10 percent. Because business's must pay about 2 percent more than the average person. That is a fact.
So just please remember that for starters, I AM NOT A BANK!
I would like to say thank you to all of our clients who call us time and again and take care of business right away. Without you folks we could not survive. We really appreciate you.
As of September 1 all materials will be paid for in advance. We are sorry for the inconvenience to Everyone. We have been in business for 29 years serving our community.
I feel if you can't trust me to get your materials for you, so be it.
This year has been very tough. Our Ins costs have went through the roof. It now costs us 100.00 per day for our Liability Insurance.
So just remember when we are at someone's place for 5 days that's 500.00 just to cover the ins. That the State requires me to carry to be a licensed Wi contractor.
Just wanted to let the people know that there were changed coming down the pipe. And so no one is surprised if the get a nasty gram from the attorney. We have to do what we have to do, just to stay in buisiness.
I am sure there will be people who are upset. But stop and put yourself in my shoes. How would you feel paying for new windows for your neighbors house. And your own house needs windows, but you can't afford them now.
Then next week your neighbor buys a new car. The week after gets a hot tub. They are at the bar buying drinks for people.
Sounds ridiculous? Those are actual things that have happened multiple times over.
That's reality!
