Voting is Now Open for the 2026 MHBA Home of the Year!

Each year, MHBA's Home of the Month program recognizes outstanding examples of residential modular construction. Now, 12 homes featured between September 2025 and August 2026 are in the running for Home of the Year!

Two winners will be selected, one in each category: Under 2,500 Sq. Ft. and Over 2,500 Sq. Ft.

Voting closes Wednesday, October 21, at 5:00 PM ET.

The winners will be recognized during MHBA's 2026 National Modular Housing Conference, November 16–18, in Washington-Dulles.
