The Prime Group provides a full life cycle of services to real estate developers and building owners from concept to construction to operation. We can provide any portion of our services or the full suite of services to meet your needs. By serving clients, Lee Construction Group builds relationships that last and serves our clients’ best interest. The Trade Group provides first class service to regional construction managers on institutional projects. PCC and PPD are often selected because the success of the project is dependent on the capability of the trades actually building the project. By serving clients, the Trade Group performs almost all of their work for repeat clients who value our high standard in construction services.
