We’re excited to see one of our projects, Tred Avon Homestead, featured in the latest issue of Annapolis Home Magazine!

Ilex Construction had the privilege of serving as the builder on this beautiful Eastern Shore home, working alongside Purple Cherry Architecture & Interiors and Campion Hruby Landscape Architects.

It's a proud moment for us to see the finished project celebrated and we're grateful for the talented team whose vision, collaboration, and craftsmanship brought this home to life.

Meet Ryan, our Estimator at Ilex! Ryan joined the team in January, bringing more than 20 years of experience in structural systems and estimating. He works closely with homeowners, architects, and contractors to create accurate project estimates and help identify opportunities and challenges early in the planning process.

A Virginia Tech graduate with a B.S. in Wood Science and Forest Products, Ryan brings both technical expertise and a practical approach to each project. Outside the office, he enjoys being outdoors, working on landscaping projects, and spending time at the beach. We’re happy to have Ryan as part of the Ilex team!

Work has begun on this home in Bath County’s Homestead Preserve, designed by Purple Cherry Architects. We’re excited to watch the plans come to life against this incredible Virginia landscape.

We’ll share more behind-the-scenes looks as the project takes shape!
