🏗️ Nance Construction is always looking for opportunities to grow, learn, and build new industry relationships, even in rooms we’ve never been in before.

This month, we attended our first ASCE luncheon and learned more about one of the largest development and construction projects in North Carolina history: the Greensboro-Randolph Mega Site. The discussion provided incredible insight into the scale, planning, and collaboration behind transformational infrastructure and economic development projects shaping our state’s future.

We appreciate the opportunity to step into new networking environments, connect with industry professionals, and continue expanding our perspective across all areas of construction and development. A special thank you to Rob Price for the invitation and hospitality!

⛳️ Nance Construction had an incredible time at the 2026 IFMA Charlotte Golf Tournament!

We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect, build relationships, and enjoy a great day on the course with industry partners and friends. A special thank you to teammates Tyler Hannifin, Preconstruction Manager at Nance Construction, Kareem Melegy of A-1 Glass & Aluminum, and Zach Bumgardner for representing the team so well throughout the event.

From networking to friendly competition, events like these remind us that strong partnerships are built both on and off the jobsite. We appreciate IFMA Charlotte for hosting another fantastic tournament and look forward to next year!

Our very own Business Development Manager, Walter Rasby, was fortunate to wear two hats at the 1st Annual Panthers Golf Classic hosted by Tepper Sports & Entertainment last week: representing Nance Construction while also reconnecting with the Panthers community as a Panthers Legend.

This partner appreciation event was a great opportunity to celebrate the strong relationship between Nance Construction and Tepper Sports & Entertainment and to spend the day on the course with an outstanding group of professionals. Walter was joined by Michael Carter, Shelley Granger, and Sarah Poole for a fantastic day of golf, networking, and partnership building.

Thank you to Tepper Sports & Entertainment for hosting such a successful inaugural event. We’re proud to be part of such a strong community of partners and look forward to next year’s tournament!
