Crew appreciation post!

Not many people will ever know the mental toughness it takes to build fence day in and day out throughout the Carolina heat in the summer.

Our guys have been going 6 days a week most of the summer and installing two jobs a day on average. Through the long days and high heat, they continue showing up day after day with a great attitude while having fun on site.

We’re extremely lucky to have this crew and don’t take them for granted. Huge thanks to Hugo, Lester, Winston, Joel, and Dennis. You guys are animals.

Over 600 feet of prestained, all cedar Gopher Wood installed this week in a day and a half for our crew! 🦣

This fence was built on steel driven posts with aluminum reinforced gate frames. No dirt. No mess. No wood in the ground.

At Mammoth Fence, steel driven posts are non negotiable. Eliminating wood to soil contact and pairing steel posts with all cedar greatly extends the life expectancy of the fence while keeping the lines straight and the finished product beautiful for years to come.

Does building this way mean we sometimes lose a job to a cheaper option? Absolutely. But we can rest easy knowing we’re providing our customers with the best product possible.

The strength of a vinyl fence is what you CAN’T see. 💪

Another beautiful vinyl installation completed using our i-Drive steel post system.

While the finished fence looks clean and simple above ground, the real difference is inside it.

Instead of relying on a traditional concrete installation, we drive Schedule 40 galvanized steel pipe into the ground and use our UNI-5 steel collar system to create an incredibly strong foundation inside each vinyl post.

What does that mean for the homeowner?

✅ No digging and no piles of dirt
✅ Minimal disruption to your yard and landscaping
✅ Posts that stay straight and true
✅ A cleaner, stronger installation
✅ Wind-load rated up to 120 MPH

Now that we have the professional photos back, we can finally show off the finished product the way it deserves to be seen.

Clean lines, beautiful finish, and a modern look that completely elevates the outdoor space. This is one of those projects where the final photos say it all.

Of course we love building a great fence—but hearing that the experience from the first quote with Matt, to communication with Taylor, to installation day with Hugo and the crew made someone’s house finally feel like home? That’s the part that gets us.

Progress is underway on this BIG puppy-picket aluminum install. The tighter spacing along the bottom keeps the little ones where they belong while still giving this property that clean, open aluminum look. 🐘

Another aluminum pool fence complete! 🦣

For this project, we used our I-Drive steel post system, driving the posts directly into the ground to create a strong, stable foundation without relying on traditional concrete footings.

The homeowners had a specific design in mind, including a curved fence line around the pool area, and our crew was able to customize the installation to bring it to life.

A great-looking finished product with the added strength and durability of steel underneath.
