One of the most exciting milestones in tilt-up construction is watching a project go vertical as the sun rises.

At Beacon Commerce Park Phase III in Garner, NC, crews have begun erecting the first tilt-up concrete panels, marking a major milestone for the project and bringing the building footprint to life. From site preparation and foundations to panel casting and crane operations, tilt-up construction requires extensive planning, coordination, and precision. It's always rewarding to see months of work culminate in the moment the structure begins to rise.

The completed development will include two speculative warehouse facilities totaling more than 293,000 square feet on a 36-acre greenfield site.

Great work by the entire project team and trade partners for their continued commitment to safety, quality, and progress.

We were proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new 25,000 SF academic building at Pine Lake Preparatory's growing campus in Mooresville.

The best part? Seeing the people behind the mission take center stage. Teachers joined in the groundbreaking and were recognized for the impact they make every day in shaping students and strengthening the school community. And to top it off, students wrapped up the year with some well-deserved ice cream.

This reminds us that this work is about more than buildings; it’s about creating environments where educators can do their best work, and the positive impact can be felt for years to come.

At our latest company meeting, the M&C team came together at Topgolf to focus on what matters most: safety, continued success, and the people who make it all possible. From meaningful conversations to a little friendly competition, it was a great reminder that when we support each other, we perform better, on and off the job.

Last week marked an exciting milestone as we joined Piedmont Medical Center, local leaders, E4H, and the project team to celebrate the ribbon-cutting of the new Indian Land Free-Standing Emergency Department, the first emergency department in Indian Land.

This project is a significant investment in a rapidly growing area, bringing emergency care closer to home with a new, state-of-the-art 10,000 SF facility featuring private exam rooms, trauma rooms, imaging services, and dedicated EMS support spaces.

We’re proud to have partnered with Tenet Health and Piedmont Medical Center to help bring this important project to life, and we look forward to the difference it will make for years to come.

We recently celebrated the ribbon cutting for Atrium Health's Carolina Pediatrics Therapy.

The project transformed an existing space into a new clinic for pediatric therapy services and was completed through a phased approach that helped the team relocate operations quickly and smoothly for both staff and patients.

Projects like this are especially meaningful to us; the finished space will directly enhance the care for children and their families throughout the community.
