Charlotte doesn't build up without someone building down first.

Every project starts with a crew that moves the dirt nobody sees, from site prep to final paving.

Right now that's us on a 70-acre industrial site in Huntersville, North Carolina taking raw land and turning it into the foundation for whatever industry sets up shop next.

Once it's build-ready, that's more room for the Huntersville community to grow.

The work you see on site is usually only half the story.

A lot of it starts in the shop, keeping equipment ready, fixing what breaks, and making sure crews have what they need to keep moving.

They might not always make the photos, but our shop is a big reason everything on site runs the way it should.
