🌼 Is Spring Really Here… or Just Teasing Us Again? 🌼

If you're like us, you're itching to swap the sweaters for sandals and see those garden beds come to life! According to the Farmer’s Almanac, Charlotte’s last frost date was supposed to be April 5th. But let’s be honest—we’ve lived through enough surprise cold snaps to know better. 🥶

Just when you think it’s safe to plant those pretty blooms… BAM! A chilly morning sneaks in and makes us second-guess everything. This week’s weather is a perfect example: we hit a glorious 80°F Sunday (yes, please!) but come tomorrow morning? A frosty 38°F. Yep. That again. 😅

Here at C&D Landscapes, we’re just as excited as you are to dig in and create those gorgeous outdoor spaces—but we’re holding off just a bit longer to protect those precious plants. 🌸 Our best guess? We’ll be in the clear by late April.

~Field Laborers – Assist with landscape installation and maintenance, including planting, mulching, sod laying, and general site cleanup. Requires physical stamina and a team-player attitude.

• ☘The flowers are globe shaped and are a magnet for bees because they are full of nectar and have high protein pollen.
