With 35 years in the flooring industry, Nelson got his start as a ceramic tile installer and expanded his expertise into carpet and vinyl along the way.

For the past 8 years, he has been a key part of the Garmon & Company team, building a strong career as a field supervisor and playing an essential role in delivering quality results across our projects.

The foundation was already there. A team that took pride in their work, showed up for each other, and set the tone for the company culture we still carry today.

Fast forward to now, and the growth speaks for itself. We have expanded, evolved, and built a strong reputation in the industry! It all traces back to the people who made it what it is. 👏🏻

What makes this one special is a lot of the faces in these throwbacks are still part of our team 30+ years later, with others recently retiring with us or nearing that milestone.
