🖤✨ It's all in the details!
✨🖤

Another beautiful new build coming together! The bold black valleys paired with copper chimney flashing add the perfect contrast to this mountain home ⛰️, bringing together a look that's both timeless and eye-catching.

We just might be a little jealous of the view.. but we'll settle for getting to be part of the build. 😉😄

Blue Santa Program Donation

Thank you to the Matthews Area Chamber of Commerce for hosting a silent auction, co-sponsored by The Pentagon Group Insurance Agency and Silver Linings Roofing & Restoration, with proceeds of $1,350.00 going to our Blue Santa Program.

The Blue Santa Program was established by a local men’s church group in 2020 to provide assistance to individuals and families in need during the holiday season, with the help of Matthews Police Officers. The Matthews Police Department deeply appreciates the generosity and partnership of our community, whose support helps bring hope and a helping hand to those in need.

Remember this house?? 👀

You know it's going to be an interesting day when you see this underneath the shingles.. 😳

This project definitely gave our team a challenge, with some pretty significant spacing between the existing roof boards. After addressing the decking, our crew got to work installing the new roof. And now.. its FINISHED! 🏡 ✨

What a transformation! 🦁

We had such a great time co-hosting last night's event in Matthews! 🎉

It was an awesome evening of connecting with our community, meeting some great people, and most importantly, supporting a great cause. 💙

We were proud to be part of an event benefiting the Matthews Police Department's Blue Santa Program, which helps bring a little extra holiday magic to local families in need. 🎁

A BIG thank you to the Matthews Area Chamber of Commerce for putting together such a great event, and to Matthews Social House for hosting us!! We're so grateful to be part of a community that comes together to support one another. ❤️

A little progress update from yesterday’s mountain home! 🏠🔨

Yesterday, we showed you what our crew uncovered during the tear-off — some seriously wide-spaced wood plank decking.

Now, the new decking is going down and this roof is starting to come together! 👏

We’re not at the finish line just yet… but we’re getting there!

Stay tuned for the final transformation. ✨

You never know what's hiding underneath an older home's roof...🔍

We're working on this mountain home, and once our crew started the tear-off, they uncovered something we don't see every day.

Instead of the solid OSB or plywood decking commonly used on newer homes, this roof has wood plank decking- with visible spacing between the boards. 🫣

Our crew documented what they found and checked things from both the roof and attic before moving forward. 🔨🏡

What's underneath your shingles matters just as much as what you see on top! And tomorrow... we'll show you how this one turned out. ✨

Give us a call if your roof needs some attention 😉
