I've been MIA but here is a full kitchen remodel that I did recently.

Originally the customer called me to paint existing cabinets and new ones because her sink had a leak and made a mess while they were out. Also, wanted new countertops and backsplash. She wanted to see the possibility of changing door and drawer hardware to make them soft close. Also wanted to see about adding drawer shelves to bottom cabinets to maximize the use of space. After hearing her concerns, needs and wants I felt like a whole new kitchen would make better sense financially, functionality, and better appearance. Specially with all the extras she was thinking. I worked on a new layout, presented and we agreed on it.
The results speak for themselves and the family couldn't be happier. I am grateful for the continued trust that my clients have in me.

Just finished this bathroom and kitchen cabinets and countertops for a builder. Cabinets are shaker style and a very light gray. Countertops are quartz with gray and light brown veining.

Merry Christmas to all from the Malavé's. We're thankful for the greatest gift of all; our Savior and Redeemer. Because of Him, we can be resurrected and return to a loving Heavenly Father and be reunited with our love ones. In times of feeling lost or with all the weight of the world, he can succor us if we reach out for his help. He waits for us with his arms wide open. So with that, I leave you with this quote:

New granite to replace this fireplace stone surround in Fort Mill. What a difference to the standard black cultured marble. We fabricate and install granite, marble, quartz or any other stone. Give us a call for any stone need. A week turn around compared to other granite companies.

Finished this bathroom 3 weeks ago in the Steele Creek area. Out with the old, in with the new. Replaced old, tired acrylic shower and ugly framed shower glass with ceramic tile and new frameless shower glass. Old linoleum replaced with beautiful vintage porcelain tile. Compressed wood cabinet was replaced by timeless pedestal to make the room feel roomier. New toilet was installed. Also, water valves replaced with quarter-turn valves and new shower valve. Popcorn ceiling taken down. New paint to make everything feel fresh. Customer loved it and we're trying to finish their upstairs hallway bathroom this week.

Finished a fireplace renovation in Fort Mill. At first we were just doing the built-ins. Shortly after customer asked for new mantle and surround. Then he added the raised hearth and updating the stone. Totally love the floating shelves matching the mantle. It adds texture and dimension to the space.

We just finished another full kitchen renovation in the Steele Creek area in the Planters Walk neighborhood.
We went with white shaker, all wood cabinets with soft close drawers, soft close doors, and 42" wall cabinets to complement these 9 and 10 foot ceilings. Black hardware to bring out the quartz movement and the backsplash light gray grout.
Lighting was also redone. Replaced single old can light with a linear pendant lights and the old tired overhead florescent light with two recessed LED lights.
We also updated their whole downstairs flooring. We took out carpet, linoleum, and engineered hardwood floor out from the common areas and replaced it with LVP.

I keep pretty busy that I forget to post project very often. Here is one that just finished today. Wine bar anyone?
