We’re looking for an architect/designer to purchase a set of plans from for upcoming new construction projects in the Madison Park neighborhood, South Charlotte.

We're looking for approximately a 4,000 sq. ft. home. We already have the land and have a pretty good idea of the layout and style we want.

Ideally, we're looking for someone who offers something similar to an unlimited-use plan package, where we can purchase the plans and use the same basic floor plan for multiple builds. We may make small layout modifications from time to time, but our main goal is to be able to change the exterior elevations/details so each house has a different look without redesigning the entire floor plan.

It would be great if you're an architect who already works with an engineer and can provide what we need for permitting and construction.

We're serious and ready to move forward quickly. Our goal is to select and purchase the plans as soon as next week.

If you offer something like this, or know someone who does, please send me a message with some examples of your work and information on your pricing.

Thank you!
