The countdown is on! Our competing Apprentices are gearing up for the North Carolina State Fair Electrical Apprenticeship Competition, putting in the work to prepare for both the written and hands-on portions of the competition.

We’re excited to watch them put their skills to the test at the state level later this month and represent Watson! 👏

Last Friday was a great day of team building and giving back in our Charlotte office!

We kicked things off with Food Truck Friday — thank you to Word of Mouth Catering CLT for the delicious food! Then, our team gave back through an on-site blood drive in partnership with The Blood Connection.

Thank you to our Charlotte team for making it such a great afternoon! We’re grateful for the opportunity to spend time together while making a difference in our community.

We’re taking another step forward in how we serve our customers with the introduction of ServiceTitan, a new service platform being rolled out across Watson.

As we prepare for the launch, Service team members from across our divisions are participating in a series of hands-on training sessions to get familiar with the platform and its capabilities.

Last week’s training brought together a group of Service team members, with Charlotte team member Hunter Myers helping lead the session. We’re excited to continue building on this momentum as we bring ServiceTitan to our Service teams across Watson!
