We love a beautifully finished space. We love it even more when it already feels like home. 🐶💙

This new living area was part of a larger addition designed to give the family more space to enjoy everyday life.

With natural light, comfortable seating, a place to work, and plenty of personal touches, it's the kind of room that can serve a different purpose depending on the day.
And apparently, one of those purposes is providing a very nice place for a certain four-legged family member to relax. 😂

Something tells us this is going to be a popular spot.

Sometimes a small corner can become one of your favorite parts of a big remodel. 📚

This reading nook was created as part of a much larger addition, and we love that what could have simply been a pass-through became a destination of its own.

It’s a good reminder that adding more space isn’t only about square footage. It’s also about noticing the little opportunities within that space to create something personal, useful, or simply enjoyable.

We’d say this one is calling for a good book and a cup of coffee. ☕️

What if you could get more from your home without giving up the home you already love?

That was the opportunity here. 🏡

More space for a growing family. A much-needed garage. And an addition designed to complement the original house rather than compete with it.
Sometimes a remodel doesn’t just change your home. It changes what’s possible within it.

Maybe we made the guest bath a little too inviting. 😏

Guest bathrooms are a great place to take a design idea a little further. In this one, bold wallpaper, warm brass, and contrasting finishes give a smaller space plenty of character without needing to carry that same look throughout the rest of the home.

The only downside? Your guests might start finding reasons to stay another night. 👀

Would you go this bold in your guest bath?

Some of the best details don’t start in a showroom. They start with the YOU. ✨

This homeowner has a collection of stained glass pieces that she loves, and we wanted them to feel like a meaningful part of the remodel rather than something added back in once the work was finished.

So throughout the home, we found opportunities to incorporate pieces from her collection directly into the design. In this space, they bring color, character, and a piece of the homeowner’s personality into an otherwise hardworking part of the house. 🏡

That’s one of our favorite things about remodeling an existing home: the opportunity to design around what’s already worth keeping.

The microwave has left the chat. 👀

Well, sort of.

An appliance garage gives an everyday appliance a dedicated place without requiring it to be on display all the time. Open the door when you need it, close it when you don’t, and the microwave disappears right into the cabinetry.

It’s a small detail, but those are often the details that make a remodeled space feel especially well thought out.

And it’s probably not just the countertops. 👀

When you save a kitchen for remodeling inspiration, it’s easy to focus on what you can immediately see: the cabinetry, tile, lighting, hardware, and finishes.

But look a little closer.

You may actually be responding to the way the island is proportioned to the room. How natural light moves through the space. The sightlines into the next room. The amount of breathing room around the cabinetry. Or a layout that simply feels effortless.

Those things aren't always obvious in a photo, but they're a big part of why certain spaces just work.

So keep saving those inspiration photos. 📌 Just start asking one more question when you do:

What is it about this space that I actually love?

The answer might surprise you.

Permission to have a little fun with your house. 🎨

When most of your home has a consistent look and feel, a smaller space can be a great opportunity to do something completely different.

Bathrooms and powder rooms give you room to experiment with bolder color, patterned wallpaper, texture, or finishes you may not want throughout the rest of the house. Instead of feeling out of place, that contrast can be exactly what makes the room memorable.

And because you experience these spaces separately from the larger living areas, they don’t necessarily have to follow all the same rules.

Sometimes it’s fun to walk into a room and have it feel a little unexpected. ✨

Would you go bold in a bathroom, or are you keeping the neutrals?

When homeowners start thinking about remodeling their kitchen, the wish list often starts with what they want it to look like. But some of the biggest changes come from thinking about how they want it to feel and function.

Where does everyone naturally gather? Is there enough storage where you actually need it? Does the layout make sense when you’re cooking? Is there enough natural light?

A beautiful kitchen matters, but the best ones are designed around all those everyday moments too. ✨

What’s the one thing about your current kitchen you’d change if you could?

“Can you just give me a rough estimate?”🤔

It’s one of the most common questions we hear, and there’s a reason we’re careful with the answer.

Every remodel comes with its own scope, existing conditions, selections, design decisions, and priorities. Throwing out a number too early can set expectations before we really understand what your project involves.

Because when it comes to your remodeling budget, a guess isn’t very helpful.
