Our custom client loves spending time in the gym, so we designed a space in his new home specifically around how he trains. The gym features built in speakers, an abundance of natural light and direct access to a full bathroom. It is also positioned above the garage to help minimize noise throughout the rest of the home. We worked closely with our engineer to ensure the floor system could safely support the weight and demands of a fully equipped home gym.

That is the advantage of building custom, creating a home that is thoughtfully designed around how you live.

If you’re considering building your dream home, reach out to learn more about our upcoming projects in Cotswold and Eastover.

The kitchen spaces in our recent custom build on Marsh Road in Sedgefield were thoughtfully designed for a multigenerational family that loves to cook.

The main kitchen features two tone cabinetry, a paneled refrigerator and dishwasher, and an oversized island with a waterfall countertop. Tucked away down the hall is a full prep kitchen equipped with a secondary range, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator.

Together, these spaces allow two chefs to cook simultaneously in their own kitchens. They also make entertaining effortless, with meals prepared in the prep kitchen while the main kitchen remains clean and ready for guests.

We love helping our clients create homes that reflect how they truly live. That personalized approach is what makes building a dream home such a rewarding experience.

The outdoor living at our Marsh Road custom build has all the resort vibes. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to maximize the space and create endless ways to enjoy the outdoors.

Relax by the fire on the screened porch, grill out, play on the turf, work on your golf game at the putting green, or unwind in the pool and hot tub. The automatic louvered roof lets you control the amount of sun or shade, while built-in speakers provide the perfect soundtrack for it all.

Let us help bring your dream outdoor living space to life. Two of our upcoming new builds in Cotswold and Eastover will feature pools and spas. Reach out for more information.

The front elevation of our custom Marsh Road build brings a unique, elevated take on transitional Cape Dutch architecture to this section of Sedgefield. With the project wrapping up next week, we’re proud to celebrate our 10th build in the neighborhood and honored to have played a role in its continued growth and development.

Looking for another opportunity? We currently have a completed home available at 709 Bertonley Avenue, another Cotswold home under construction, and a new Eastover project starting soon. Reach out for more information.

A little snow, a lot of charm, winter in Cotswold. Love how three of our recent builds look with some snow. Another spec build in the same area will be available this summer.
