Ford CEO Jim Farley is sounding the alarm: Ford has 5,000 open mechanic positions they can’t fill—even with salaries reaching $120,000 a year. That’s nearly double the national average, yet the jobs sit empty. Farley says this isn't just a Ford problem; it’s a national crisis. We are short over a million workers in critical roles like:

🚛 Trucking & Logistics
⚡ Electricians & Plumbers
🚑 Emergency Services
🏭 Factory & Trade Work
