WithersRavenel today announced a proposed strategic partnership with Long Point Capital. The partnership would provide additional resources and flexibility to invest in our people and capabilities, expand our services, enter new markets, and strengthen our ability to serve clients and communities across the Southeast.

The proposed partnership remains subject to approval of the transaction by the ESOP Trust, acting through its independent trustee, and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

WithersRavenel would continue to build on its existing foundation, with no immediate changes anticipated to day-to-day operations. Clients would continue working with the same teams and receiving the same commitment and support.

The proposed partnership would build on WithersRavenel’s strong foundation and create more opportunities to serve clients, support communities, and grow with purpose.
