A fresh finish can completely transform a kitchen. We gave this detailed cabinetry a clean, crisp update while preserving all of the character that makes it stand out—from the glass doors and beadboard details to the custom trim work. Careful prep and a quality finish make all the difference when it comes to cabinetry.

A big thanks to CLT Paint Cures-Benjamin Moore for supplying us with the products to help bring this project together!

A simple color change can completely transform a home. We updated these dated yellow-stained handrails with a durable oil-based gloss black finish while giving the risers a crisp fresh coat of white. We choose an oil-based finish for handrails because it stands up better to the natural oils from your hands, helping prevent premature wear and keeping the finish looking beautiful for years. The result is a clean, timeless staircase that creates a striking focal point from the moment you walk in.

At Schmitt & Co. Painting, we believe using the right products is just as important as the craftsmanship.
