It was our pleasure to be a huge part of the fabrication and design (along with Scott Weaver) of Stylus Listening Lounge. This is part of the new Soul Gastrolounge and is a reimagined versions of the old Tattoo.

An innovative artisan studio specializing in bespoke interiors, concrete countertops, other handmade concrete, wood, and steel products.
Reaching Quiet Design officially began in 2001 at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, NC. It is the brainchild of three somewhat eccentric art and architecture majors. Benjamin Ross, an art major, and Eric Boyd and Grant Howell, architecture majors were the guys that hung out utilized the schools shop spaces over any other. They built many projects and furniture pieces together for professors and clients. They realized they had a unique synergy and formed Reaching Quiet Design.
They rented a 400 square foot shop near the university and spent a year developing a series of furniture pieces made from simple construction material. Unfortunately, they had no understanding what it would take to market these unusual pieces to create decent revenue.
In a last ditch effort, they organized an event at the Hart-Witzen Gallery in the Noda Arts District. This event went very well and resulted in commissions to design and build some residential and commercial interiors.
