In 1981, Ruben Jaramillo walked five blocks from his home looking for a job.

What he found was a career that would span 45 years.

From his first day as a laborer to becoming a trusted foreman and mentor, Ruben's journey is a testament to the power of hard work, continuous learning, and taking pride in what you do. Along the way, he helped build projects across the country, guided countless team members, and witnessed decades of change in the construction industry.

But ask Ruben what mattered most, and his answer is simple: the people.

Over four and a half decades, coworkers became friends, mentors became role models, and the job became a second home.

As Ruben begins this next chapter, we thank him for his extraordinary contributions, his commitment to excellence, and the lasting impact he has made on our teams and our company.
