Our favorite before and after project - our own home!
We bought an original 1930’s mill house in the heart of NoDa 14 years ago and poured our hearts into it. Working late nights after our day jobs, we renovated it for our new little family. But as that family grew (3 babies later!) we needed more space. We chose to do a full addition - complete with a front porch to enjoy the neighborhood and warm southern evenings!
Even though we’ve now built and moved into our new house, this will always be where our family, and our company, began. We learned so much about construction and design from all of the projects we did. We poured over floor plans for our first Roma Homes houses. We watched our girls learn to ride their bikes from that front porch, hosted countless family gatherings, and loved every inch of that home.
