Strong leadership starts with trust, communication, and collaboration.

Recently, controllers from across VINCI Construction USA came together for leadership training with our training team, taking part in activities designed to strengthen teamwork and problem-solving skills. During the "Colorblindness" exercise, participants were blindfolded and challenged to identify missing pieces, demonstrating the importance of effective communication, active listening, and trusting your team.

Building roads is what we do. Building relationships is what makes us stronger. 🚧❤️

Our Blythe Construction Family Picnic at Kersey Valley brought together employees and their families for a day of fun, connection, and appreciation. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success and to the families who support our team every step of the way.
