Looking to hire 1 full time guy 40hrs. Likely 4 10s with 3 day weekend. (Weather could change this) Pay starts at 20$ hr can grow from there.
Expectations.
Chauffeur license driving truck and trailer
Must show up. Overslept? Keep on sleeping you will have no job. Not coming in due to relationship problems? Now you have plenty of time to fix your relationship with no job. S**t happens a phone call if something drastic happens goes a long way. It will likely keep your job. But you are expected to be here.
Experience required. Must be able to handle any landscape task with knowledge and attention to detail of how to complete the job unsupervised. Must be able to use zero turn and 2 cycle equipment. Must complete jobs in estimated time frame. 0 tolerance if this isn’t you then don’t apply. I am reasonable and delays or pop up situations may happen, I get it. But in general must work hard, must work fast, and must know what your doing. There will be an incentive program based off early completion. Do not ask about this. This will happen in due time. Must prove yourself. If you have worked in this industry you know this isn’t too much to ask. If you think I’m asking a lot don’t apply. 20$ is just the beginning.
Experience is a plus with the following
Hardscape, excavations, grading, skid steer, dozer, general mechanics
